Let's say we want to start structuring an e-learning course... Here are some very first tips: what to pay attention to?
1 – The Starting Material!
Surely you already have some material to start from, probably the same material you used in traditional classroom training, such as Power Point presentations.
They certainly need to be reviewed and remodeled with the AIM of:
- EXTRAPOLATE THE MOST INTRODUCTORY PARTS
- AND TURN THEM INTO VIDEO
because as we know it’s an excellent way to transfer content!
2 – Insights
The insights must be reviewed and rethought with the OBJECTIVE of obtaining more content:
- MULTIMEDIA
- and INTERACTIVE
Examples of interaction
DOCUMENTATION TOOL
It is a tool that gives the learner the opportunity to structure documents on the platform. It is a very convenient tool for structuring, for example, a small research project, a reflection…
TIME LINE
Often in training we will find ourselves faced with the need to represent a series of dates and events in an interesting way: this tool allows us to structure the Time Line of events in a graphic and interactive way.
DRAG AND DROP
It allows the learner to connect definitions to an image, therefore showing for example a photo of a product rather than an environment. The learner will be able to connect these 2 elements in interactive mode.
