The use of free software (open source) is perfectly linked to accessibility in e-learning: study and courses available to everyone.

The main objective is to be a point of reference in open source online training: by operating with beneficial purposes and in a responsible, transparent and sustainable way, in favor of the well-being of people, the community and the environment, OC Group chooses to in the field on the front line by adopting smart working policies for members and collaborators, but also in favor of the community, with the consequent marketing of free open source software.

OC Group has also decided to work in favor of corporate governance, creating corporate wellbeing protocols, providing ongoing training and monitoring the wellbeing of businesses, both for client companies and for workers.

For this reason, the OC Group Administrative Body which deals with the definition of the company's objectives and strategies pays the utmost attention to never losing sight of what is important, i.e. the common benefit, so as to balance the interests of everyone.
Every year, OC Group, as a Benefit Company, has chosen to draw up a report on the pursuit of benefits, which are attached to the company balance sheet and which include the specific objectives, the achievement, the impact generated by the standards implemented and a section that plans to describe the company's future goals. This report can be found online each year on the company's website.

Among the themes dear to OC Group, placed first as a limited liability benefit company with a share capital of 76,500.00, we find e-learning and inclusion. In recent years, attention towards accessibility has become more significant.
Since 2016, the European Union has also moved to deal with norms, standards and guidelines for accessibility in e-learning. The objective of making e-learning contents accessible is one of the main daily commitments of OC Group, because studying with disabilities must not have obstacles in the way, but only opportunities.
E-learning training has married three important concepts, namely inclusion, usability and accessibility. A new modus educandi that gives everyone the opportunity to study, to update themselves, to train.

At the same time, identifying any digital barriers is a first step towards a more inclusive society, which takes care of making open source e-learning tools available to all for studying.
